Application Instructions

1. For tire bladder vulcanization: Apply by brushing or spraying onto the bladder surface.

2. For hot air bags (curing bags): Apply by wiping, brushing, or spraying onto the bag surface.

Precautions

1. This is a film‑forming matte‑finish release agent. Brushing does not significantly change the surface appearance.

2. When applying to the bladder, avoid dripping the agent onto the steel mold. If drips occur, wipe immediately with a stiff denim cloth – removal will not affect tire appearance.

3. Ensure full and uniform coverage; missed spots will reduce release effectiveness.

4. Dilution ratio should be adjusted based on the specific product and process, but it is recommended to dilute as much as practicable. Avoid using overly concentrated solutions.
