Application Instructions

1. Before use, dilute the anti-tack agent with water according to the recommended ratio. The dilution rate in the cooling tank depends on factors such as rubber compound properties, sheet temperature, ambient temperature, line speed, and stacking pressure. The optimal dilution ratio should be determined through user trials.

2. Dip‑coating method: Pass the rubber sheet through a cooling tank containing the diluted anti-tack agent solution.

3. Brush application method: Apply the diluted anti-tack agent onto the sheet surface using a mop or brush.

Precaution

• Avoid contact with acids and cationic surfactants, which may cause precipitation.
