Product Overview
Yinuo New Material Technology (Heze) Co., Ltd. offers a high-performance tire curing bladder release agent (also known as bladder coating or capsule isolation agent) specifically formulated for tire vulcanization processes. This water-based, reactive silicone emulsion is designed to provide effective lubrication and release between the curing bladder and the green tire inner liner during the vulcanization process.
During tire vulcanization, the expandable curing bladder comes into direct contact with the inner surface of the green tire. Without a proper release agent, the rubber of the inner liner will adhere to the bladder, causing defective tires and production losses. Our bladder release agent prevents this adhesion, ensures smooth tire release after curing, and significantly extends bladder service life.
Developed with advanced reactive silicone polymer technology, our product forms a durable, crosslinked protective film on the bladder surface under heat. This semi-permanent coating provides multiple-release capability, allowing for several tire releases per single application. Depending on bladder quality, pretreatment methods, and compound formulations, one coating can release up to 2–12 tires, or even more with optimized conditions. It is suitable for both passenger car radial (PCR) and truck/bus radial (TBR) tire manufacturing.
Key Features & Benefits
Superior Release & Lubrication Performance
Our bladder release agent provides excellent lubricity between the bladder and the green tire, ensuring smooth bladder expansion and positioning during the shaping stage. The low-friction film effectively prevents sticking and adhesion, allowing for clean, effortless tire release after vulcanization. The lubrication also helps center the bladder properly against the inner liner, which is critical for producing perfectly balanced, uniform tires.
Extended Bladder Service Life
The reactive formulation forms a tightly bound, abrasion-resistant protective coating on the bladder surface-. This coating shields the bladder from chemical corrosion, oxidative aging, and mechanical wear caused by repeated friction during the vulcanization cycle. By significantly reducing heat and oxygen aging effects, our release agent effectively prolongs bladder life, reduces replacement frequency, and lowers overall production costs.
Excellent Air Permeability & Defect Prevention
Our crosslinked release film exhibits good air permeability, allowing trapped air between the bladder and green tire to escape smoothly during bladder inflation. This prevents "air trapping" or "bubble" defects on the inner liner, which can cause air leaks or delamination in finished tires. The improved air bleed ensures superior tire quality and minimizes scrap rates.
Clean, Smooth Tire Inner Surface
Tires produced with our bladder release agent feature clean, smooth, and dry inner surfaces – free from residue, staining, or contamination-. The coating does not transfer to the tire, ensuring excellent cosmetic appearance and facilitating subsequent inspection and finishing operations.
Multiple-Release Efficiency – One Coating, Multiple Tires
As a semi-permanent release agent, our product delivers multiple releases per single application. This significantly reduces the frequency of reapplication, minimizes production downtime, and boosts overall manufacturing efficiency. The multiple-release capability also reduces the amount of release agent residue in the curing press area, keeping the work environment cleaner.
Water-Based, Environmentally Friendly & Operator Safe
Our bladder release agent is a water-based emulsion, free from hazardous solvents, heavy metals, and solid fillers. It is non-flammable, low-odor, non-toxic, and contains no irritating or pungent smells. The product is environmentally friendly, easily biodegradable, and complies with international environmental regulations, creating a safer, healthier working environment for operators.
Easy Application & Excellent Stability
The emulsion features excellent spreading properties, ensuring uniform coverage on the bladder surface. It is suitable for both automatic mechanical spraying and manual application methods. The product exhibits good storage stability and weather resistance, maintaining consistent performance over time.
Cost-Effective – Reduced Consumption & Waste
With its high-efficiency formulation and multiple-release capability, our bladder release agent significantly reduces consumption per tire. The product contains no solid fillers, minimizing contamination of molds, equipment, and the surrounding environment. This translates to lower cleaning costs, reduced maintenance downtime, and improved overall cost efficiency.
Applications
Our tire curing bladder release agent is widely used in the production of various tire types, including:
It is suitable for both new bladder preconditioning and in-service bladder maintenance. The product can be applied to the inner surface of the green tire (internal spray) or directly onto the bladder surface, depending on the production process arrangement.
Product Specifications (Typical)
Usage Instructions
New Bladder Preconditioning:
-
Cleaning: Before first use, thoroughly clean the new bladder surface with a suitable solvent (e.g., toluene or solvent gasoline) to remove any contaminants.
-
Application: Apply the release agent evenly onto the bladder surface using spray, brush, or sponge methods. Ensure complete coverage of all outer surfaces.
-
Drying & Curing: Place the coated bladder in an environment at 80°C–130°C to rapidly evaporate moisture and allow the crosslinkable components to fully cure.
-
Ready for Use: The preconditioned bladder is now ready for installation and production.
In-Service Maintenance:
-
For optimal results, shake the container thoroughly before use, as surface contact with air may form slight gel-like material over time.
-
Reapply the release agent when lubrication effectiveness decreases. The reapplication frequency depends on bladder quality, pretreatment methods, and compound formulations.
-
For new bladders (first 50 cycles), we recommend applying the release agent every 4 tire cures.
-
For bladders with 50–350 cycles, apply every 6–8 tire cures.
Equipment Cleaning:
Regularly clean the upper and lower chucks of the curing press to prevent residual polymer buildup from affecting tire quality. Use thin, sturdy bamboo strips for cleaning – avoid sharp metal tools that may scratch the bladder. Solvent gasoline or toluene may also be used for cleaning.
