Usage Instructions

2. Stirring: Gently stir the product before use to ensure uniform consistency.

3. Application: Spray uniformly onto the inner surface of the green tire using an atomizer or airless spray device. Ensure complete, even coverage of the inner liner surface.

4. Drying: Allow the applied coating to dry before proceeding to the vulcanization press. The fast-drying formulation ensures minimal waiting time.

5. Vulcanization: Proceed with the regular vulcanization cycle. The release agent remains effective through multiple release cycles.

6. Storage: Store in a sealed container in a dry room at 5–35°C, away from freezing and direct sunlight.
