Product Overview
Yinuo New Material Technology (Heze) Co., Ltd. offers a high-performance radial tire inner spray release agent, specifically formulated for the vulcanization process of radial tires. This water-based, filler-free internal coating liquid contains active silicone polymers and is designed to be sprayed onto the inner surface of green tire carcasses prior to curing. It provides superior slip and release performance between the tire inner liner and the curing bladder, ensuring smooth demolding after vulcanization.
Developed to meet the demanding requirements of modern radial tire manufacturing – including both all-steel radial (TBR) and semi-steel radial (PCR) tire production – our release agent effectively prevents adhesion between the green tire and the bladder, reduces vulcanization defects, and significantly improves production efficiency.
Key Features & Benefits
Superior Release & Lubrication Performance
Our advanced formulation, consisting of active silicone polymers and specialized emulsifiers, provides excellent release properties and outstanding lubricity between the tire inner liner and the curing bladder. It effectively prevents sticking and adhesion during the vulcanization process, ensuring clean, effortless demolding cycle after cycle.
Excellent Air Bleed & Venting Properties
The release agent forms a layered, lamellar release film that allows trapped air between the bladder and the green tire to escape smoothly during vulcanization-. This superior air bleed capability minimizes the risk of blistering, porosity, and other air-related vulcanization defects, resulting in higher quality finished tires.
Inert Under Vulcanization Conditions
Our release agent remains chemically inactive and stable even under the high-temperature, high-pressure conditions of the tire vulcanization process. It does not interfere with rubber-to-rubber adhesion or compromise the physical properties of the tire inner liner.
Clean Release – No Residue & No Staining
The release agent leaves minimal to no residue on the tire inner surface and does not cause staining or discoloration. Unlike traditional silicone oil products, it does not produce the common negative effects on the inner liner quality. If accidentally splashed onto the tire outer surface, it leaves no obvious stains.
Fast Drying & Ready-to-Use
Our formulation dries quickly after application, minimizing production downtime and allowing immediate processing. The fast-drying characteristic ensures that the coated green tires can be moved to the vulcanization press without delay, optimizing production workflow.
Even Sprayability & Shear Stability
The release agent features low surface tension, enabling uniform and consistent spray application. It exhibits excellent shear stability with minimal viscosity variation, ensuring reliable performance through automated spraying systems. The product is guaranteed not to run down or drip during coating work.
Extended Bladder Life
By providing effective lubrication and release, our release agent protects the curing bladder surface from abrasion and oxidation-. This significantly extends bladder service life, reduces bladder replacement frequency, and lowers overall tire production costs.
Environmentally Friendly & Operator Safe
Formulated as a water-based, non-toxic, low-odor product, our release agent contains no hazardous solvents or heavy metals. It generates minimal fumes during application, complies with international environmental regulations, and creates a safer, cleaner working environment for operators.
Cost-Effective & High Efficiency
Our concentrated formulation offers excellent dilution ratios and can reduce application quantity by 30%–60% compared to conventional tire spray solutions. The high efficiency allows for minimal usage per tire (typically 3–10 g solids content per tire), significantly lowering overall production costs.
Applications
Our radial tire inner spray release agent is widely used in:
It is compatible with both butyl rubber and other commonly used bladder materials-, and suitable for application via atomizing air spray systems or airless spray devices.
Usage Instructions
-
Dilution: Dilute the concentrated release agent with clean water according to site conditions (typically 1:1 to 1:2 dilution ratio, adjustable based on actual requirements).
-
Stirring: Gently stir the product before use to ensure uniform consistency.
-
Application: Spray uniformly onto the inner surface of the green tire using an atomizer or airless spray device. Ensure complete, even coverage of the inner liner surface.
-
Drying: Allow the applied coating to dry before proceeding to the vulcanization press. The fast-drying formulation ensures minimal waiting time.
-
Vulcanization: Proceed with the regular vulcanization cycle. The release agent remains effective through multiple release cycles.
-
Storage: Store in a sealed container in a dry room at 5–35°C, away from freezing and direct sunlight.
