Product Overview
Yinuo New Material Technology (Heze) Co., Ltd. presents a high-performance bright-finish release agent specifically formulated for tire curing applications, including tire bladders (curing bladders/capsules) and green tire inner surface treatment. Engineered with advanced silicone polymer emulsion technology, our water-based release agent delivers exceptional release performance, superior lubrication, and a brilliant, glossy finish on cured tire inner liners.
Designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern tire manufacturing, this bright-type release agent effectively prevents adhesion between the green tire inner liner and the curing bladder during the vulcanization process-. It ensures smooth bladder separation, protects the bladder surface against chemical and abrasion attacks-, and imparts a clean, bright, and uniform appearance to the finished tire interior.
Key Features & Benefits
Superior Release & Lubrication Performance
Our advanced formulation, containing active silicone polymers and specialty lubricating agents, provides outstanding release and slip properties between the bladder and the unvulcanized tire. It effectively prevents sticking and adhesion during the vulcanization process, ensuring effortless bladder separation and reducing the risk of tire defects.
Brilliant Bright/Glossy Finish
The bright-finish formulation delivers a clean, glossy, and aesthetically pleasing appearance on the cured tire inner surface. After vulcanization, the inner liner exhibits a bright and smooth finish, free from yellowing, staining, or surface imperfections-. The bright finish also facilitates visual inspection, making it easier to identify defects, markings, and labels.
Excellent Air Bleed & Venting Properties
Our release agent promotes exceptional air bleed and degassing during the vulcanization process, effectively eliminating trapped air between the bladder and the green tire. This reduces the occurrence of porosity, blisters, and other air-related defects, resulting in higher-quality tires with improved uniformity.
Extended Bladder Service Life
By providing effective lubrication and creating a protective barrier on the bladder surface, our release agent minimizes wear, abrasion, and oxidation-. This significantly extends the service life of curing bladders, reduces bladder replacement frequency, and lowers overall production costs.
Multiple Releases Per Application
The high-performance formulation allows for multiple tire releases from a single application. This reduces the need for frequent reapplication, minimizes production downtime, and improves overall manufacturing efficiency.
Clean Release – Minimal Residue & No Transfer
Our release agent leaves minimal to no residue on the bladder or tire surface. It does not transfer or flake off after curing, ensuring clean finished tires and preventing secondary contamination of the workplace or subsequent processing operations.
Fast Drying & Ready-to-Use
The water-based formulation dries quickly after application, allowing for immediate production readiness. It is ready-to-use or can be diluted with water depending on specific production requirements.
Water-Based & Environmentally Friendly
Formulated as a water-based, solvent-free, low-odor, and non-toxic product, our release agent contains no hazardous solvents or VOC emissions. It complies with international environmental standards, creating a safer and healthier working environment for operators.
Thermal Stability
Engineered to withstand the high temperatures encountered in tire vulcanization processes (typically 110°C–230°C)-, our release agent maintains excellent performance and film integrity even under prolonged thermal stress.
Cost-Effective
With its high dilution ratio and multiple-release capability, our release agent significantly reduces consumption costs while maintaining superior performance. Thin layers provide the best results, further minimizing material usage.
Applications
Our bright-finish tire release agent is widely used in tire manufacturing for:
-
Tire Curing Bladders (Capsules): Coating of curing bladders to facilitate release from the green tire inner liner during vulcanization
-
Green Tire Inner Surface: Spray application on the inner liner of green tires prior to vulcanization
-
Tire Inside Release: Providing release and slip between the bladder and the unvulcanized tire
It is suitable for various tire types, including:
Usage Instructions
-
Preparation: Ensure the bladder or green tire inner surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants, dirt, or previous release agent residue.
-
Dilution (if required): Dilute the concentrated release agent with clean water at the recommended ratio (typically 1:3 to 1:10, depending on application method and production conditions).
-
Application: Apply uniformly to the bladder surface or green tire inner liner using automated spray systems or hand-held spray guns. Ensure complete, even coverage of all surfaces. Avoid excessive application, as thin layers provide the best results and cost-effectiveness.
-
Drying: Allow the applied film to dry at ambient temperature in a clean, dust-free area. The pre-coated bladder should be heated before use, which may be achieved during usual preheating procedures on the press.
-
Production: Proceed with the regular vulcanization cycle. Reapply the release layer when demolding becomes difficult.
-
Storage: Store in a tightly sealed container at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C, away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and freezing conditions.
