This water-based release agent is specifically designed for application to the inner liner of uncured tire carcasses (green tires)-, providing essential release and lubrication between the tire inner surface and the curing bladder.

Formulated with high-temperature specialty polymers, advanced lubricating agents, and refined solid fillers, our black powder inner spray release agent delivers superior release performance, exceptional lubricity, and enhanced venting properties. It ensures smooth tire demolding after vulcanization, protects the bladder from adhesion and premature aging, and significantly extends bladder service life.

Our radial tire inner spray release agent (black powder) is widely used in the production of:

Usage Instructions

1. Preparation: Before use, gently stir the product to ensure uniform consistency. If slight stratification has occurred during storage (normal phenomenon), stir thoroughly – this does not affect performance.

2. Application: Apply the release agent uniformly to the inner surface of the green tire using automatic or hand-held spray guns, or by manual brushing/ wiping. Ensure the spray is fine and uniform to prevent localized excess and run-off.

3. Dilution (if needed): If dilution is required, use clean water. For motorcycle tires, dilution up to a 1:1 ratio is acceptable; for other applications, adjust based on actual testing.

4. Drying: Proper drying after spraying is critical for tire quality assurance. The sprayed film must be visible to the operator for inspection before the tire is placed in the press.

5. Application Quantity: For radial tires, typical application quantity is 8–10g per tire. Adjust based on specific production conditions.

Packaging & Storage

• Packaging: Available in 50kg plastic drums, 65kg large plastic drums, or 250kg large iron drums with inner plastic liners.

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid freezing. Shelf life: minimum 6 months.

• Transportation: Classified as non-dangerous goods; transport as non-hazardous cargo.

Precautions

• Prevent solid foreign matter from entering the product to avoid clogging spray nozzles.

• When spray guns are idle for extended periods, rinse with water to prevent nozzle blockage due to dried solids.

• Avoid mixing with acids or alkalis.

• If product is accidentally sprayed onto the tire outer surface, clean immediately.
