Usage Instructions

Thoroughly clean the mold surface to remove all traces of previous coatings and oils before first use

Dilute the concentrated release agent with the recommended solvent (such as dichloromethane, toluene, xylene, gasoline, or 120# solvent oil) at the appropriate ratio – typically 20 to 40 times, depending on part complexity and processing conditions

Apply uniformly to the mold surface using spray or brush application methods

Allow the solvent to volatilize completely before proceeding with the molding cycle

Reapply a light coating before each molding cycle for optimal results
