Usage Instructions

1. Dilution: Before use, dilute the anti‑tack agent with water according to the recommended ratio. The dilution ratio for the cooling tank depends on factors such as rubber compound properties, sheet temperature, ambient temperature, line speed, and stacking pressure. The optimal dilution ratio should be determined through practical trials.

2. Dip Coating Method: Pass the rubber sheet through a cooling water tank containing the diluted anti‑tack agent.

3. Brush Coating Method: Apply the diluted anti‑tack agent onto the sheet surface using a mop or brush soaked with the solution.
